Officially declared in 2001 by secular-progressives in the United States due to Arctic cartel-leader Santa Clause's repeated refusal to contact Air Traffic Control when entering US airspace, clear customs, or pay import duties on toys manufactured at the North Pole. Santa Clause has been repeatedly fined by the FAA for violations of the Federal Aviation Regulations including operating an unlicensed aircraft, failure to maintain a record of maintenance performed on an aircraft, and numerous incursions in restricted and prohibited airspace.
NORAD established a Santa-tracking division in 1958. Adherents of Ninelevenism often point to this fact as evidence of US government complicity with Christian terrorists.
