Criticism
Wal-Mart is one of the most popular corporations for people to rail against. All sorts of arguments are made, including poor pay, lack of medical benefits, use of sweatshop labor, and putting local companies out of business.
Most of these criticisms are based on ignorance of the free market system and its benefits.
