Free America from the Drug War!!!

If we stop the drug war the American public would save 67 Billion dollars in 2005. The gang violence would be reduced because the gangs would not have the drug money supplying them. All the people that are currently employed in the drug trade would pay taxes so the tax base would increase [ I think taxes should be on a pay for what you use and the social programs should be run like a insurance]. If that is not enough drug deaths would decrease because the purity and strength would be controlled like other legal drugs like beer and tobacco.
