Robert Menard is a highly spiritual freedom lovers living in Brittish Columbia in Canada.
His quest for freedom begun as his adopted daughter was confiscated by the state just a few days after the birth. At which time he begun studying law without prejudice and looking only at the facts. By his own claim he is living as a free-man-on-the-land outside of the Canadian corporated society and isn't under jurisdiction of the statutes thereof. Achieving this by using basic common law means of Notice of Understanding and Intent And Claim of Right, asking questions as well as a notary public together with being friendly and spreading the gospels of freedom to his fellow neighbours.
In the episode which he featured as a guest, he wasn't sure that he would try to do this in USA as he percieve the state of USA becomming more and more aggresively becomming a police state.
