opponent ist the name of a German conservative libertarian weblog.

Officially startet in September 2007, it is the personal opinion platform of Marco Kanne.

He writes about media, politics, society and other stuff from an accented freedom-loving perspective. A lot of topics concern the increasing left-wing extremism, the rise of socialism and the police state, censorship --especially of the internet-- in Germany, Europe and worldwide.
