Julia is an AMP Shriner who is in an open relationship with Ian and lives with him in New Hampshire. She can be found on the BBS as "Soundwave." Her first appearance as the regular Friday co-host on the show was February 9, 2007.
In 2007 she ran for Keene City Councilor, Ward 4. She signed the Small Government Pledge and promised to give away the $2000 annual salary to random taxpayers. The New Hampshire Attorney Genital sent a cease and desist order requiring her to stop making this offer, claiming that it amounted to a bribe under state law. [1] Incumbent Kendall Lane won with 629 votes (77.5%) to her 183 votes (22.5%). [2]
On the June 27,2008 show Julia recalled one of the earliest sexual experiences which she said was at about age 14 with a female friend.
