Frank (a.k.a. Underworld Frank) was a frequent caller from the early weeks of FTL. He was easily distinguishable by his Albuquerqueian accent. He liked to discuss "boobies" and he apparently had some kind of mob connection. Also, "Frank's Weather Reports" usually relayed the weather conditions by describing how the weather affected his testicles.
