This European Free State Project idea was briefly mentioned on the Free State Project article Wikipedia. Since then it has been moved out of "Wikipedia proper" to the userspace of the person who created it.

It picks up on the secession idea for Amber region exclave of Russia (pop. ~1 million) and adds the Warmian-Masurian region of bordering Poland, thus restoring the land that was claimed by those two countries after World War 2.
