Dave is Free Talk Live's Free State Project correspondent, providing regular weekly updates as to the legislative and civil happenings in New Hampshire.

Dave posts on various freedom-related websites under the name 'Dada Orwell'.

Dave is famous for his "silent protests" in which he enters a public building such as the IRS or a police station and holds a sign expressing his grievance with that particular company. If questioned he hands them a flier saying he has the right to free speech. If asked to leave, he does. Slowly.

On a lark, Dave and several other Free Staters created an anti-tax song: Gimmee

Dave will appear in Federal Court on Monday, March 12, 2007 for refusing to pay a $125 fine levied on him November 13 for petitioning the government for a redress of grievances. More information is in this thread on NHFree
