I think it's fine to list former sponsors, but I'd like to be able to differentiate between existing sponsors and former sponsors. 1-800 flowers for instance is a former sponsor. -Ian

Trade-based Spnosors
I'm not sure what "Trade-based sponsors" means exactly. For now I'm going to categorize that list of them under "sponsors". Maybe we should have a trade-based sponsors category too, or just indicate that in their respective article. Whichever way, they shouldn't be listed in the text of the Category page, obviously. – gRegor 11:38, 8 March 2007 (EST)
- There's a big difference between sponsorships and partnerships as well. RLC is a sponsor. They pay for airtime. Amazon is a partner. They provide a fee based on referral sales. - ReverendRyan 8 March 2007
- Good point. Perhaps "Partnerships" would be a good sub-category for the trade-based sponsors then?
